The Swish Stencil from Whimsy!

I used the new stencil Swish from Whimsy stamps to create this fun background on my card.  I used Brilliance Mediterranean Blue, Brilliance Platinum and VersaMagic Sky Blue to create the background colors.  I love it!  I then cut the stenciled paper with the Rectangle Nested Stitched Dies and raised the center piece with foam tape. 

Finally, I chose a piece of blue cardstock and stamped with VersaMark Ink and then white embossing powder the sentiment from Bold Statements!  I then added some simple sequence.
